Blue Colada

1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
2 oz light rum
1 1/2 oz cream of coconut
4 oz pineapple juice
1 cup crushed ice

Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a collins glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple or a plastic monkey.
